Classes are taught by Mel C (Mel Carpenter, Pictured right), who was trained by Paul Mavi, the creator of Bokwa (also pictured). We currently teach;
Bokwa every Monday
West Bromwich YMCA, West Midlands. 6pm to 7pm.
Leasowes Sports Centre in Halesowen. 8:00pm to 9:00pm.
Bokwa every Tuesday
Fitness First in Bearwood (Off the Hagley Road out of Birmingham). 7:30pm to 8:15pm
Bokwa every Thursday
Oldbury College Of Sport in Sandwell (Off the Wolverhampton Road). 7:30pm to 8:30pm

BOKWA, is a trademarked name and workout that is derived from a combination of two words. "BO" represents the light boxing and "KWA" representing the cultural and traditional dance Kwaito, hence, BOKWA is born.
It is an intense cardiovascular workout combined with South African war dance, Capoeira, Kickboxing and Steps. It has been proven to burn a great amount of calories making it easier for weight loss goals.
